Terms and Conditions:
The Cobra Club of South Africa will be giving away a Shelby Cobra car to one lucky winner as advertised in the Cobra Club Car Give Away Competition.
See below for details:
1. The competition closes on Monday 29 November 2024, and the lucky draw will take place on Monday the 2 December 2024.
2. The competition is open to anyone, except Committee members of the Cobra Club of South Africa.
3. Ticket sales per person will not be limited.
4. Each ticket purchased will represent one entry into the final draw
5. Buying multiple tickets will give you multiple entries.
6. You may enter this competition as many times as you like.
7. By buying a ticket, you are accepting all the rules of this competition.
8. There will be one (1) draw at the end of the Competition, whereby the Committee of the Cobra Club of SA will draw the winner by means of a random mechanical or electronic draw.
9. The competition is open to all citizens of South Africa, members and friends of the Cobra Club of SA, with no exceptions.
10. The winner will be contacted telephonically once the relevant draw have been audited and confirmed.
11. The car may not be exchanged for cash or for any other goods or services.
12. The winner will collect their car from the Cobra Club of SA’s selected venue.
13. The Car winner must allow the Cobra Club of SA a reasonable period to arrange for the car to be registered and licensed in their respective name.
14. He/she must provide all information and original documentation required for this purpose, including an identity document, together with a driver’s licence, valid in the respective country of the winner or his or her nominated driver and a valid proof of residence.
15. The name of the car winner will be published on the Cobra Club website (www.cobraclub.co.za) and on social media, once the winner have been validated and verified.
16. The winner’s name will also be featured in national press advertisements after the competition has ended.
17. By accepting the prize, the winner agree that the Cobra Club of SA may use his/her name and pictures for any future marketing material in print and digital media.
18. The decisions of the Cobra Club of SA and its judges are final and may not be challenged.
19. No correspondence will be entertained.
20. There is no warranty on the vehicle
21. Fuel prize – With every cobra run nearest to you your car will get a full tank of fuel to
the value of R1000 limited to 12 tanks for the year
